These Terms and Conditions applies to all users of our website, related mobi-sites, and software applications, collectively referred to as our “platform”, which is used to access and purchase our products.

While Restangular™ takes reasonable measures to ensure that the contents of this platform is accurate and complete, Restangular™ makes no representations and gives no warranties, whether express or implied, as to the quality, shipping time lines, operations, integrity, availability or functionality of this platform or products or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on this platform or otherwise provided by Restangular™ via other channels including verbal, telephonic, email, fax or any other form of communication.

All information provided on this platform is “as is” without warranty of any kind. While Restangular™ makes every effort to ensure that stock availability information is as accurate as possible, at all times, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy thereof.

Restangular™ does not accept any responsibility for any errors and/or omissions on this platform, or any other information provided via other channels mentioned above. Colour And Size Disclaimer
Product appearances may differ slightly from the images shown. The images on our platform are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately display product colours and styles, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect the exact colour of the item you receive.  The pillow covers are now standardized.

Size Disclaimer
We make every effort to give you accurate manufacturer sizing information. Our size range is standard and described alongside each product.

Acceptance of Terms
Restangular™ permits the use of this platform subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this platform and/or transacting with Restangular™ in any way, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally. The customer must not use this platform or transact with Restangular™ in any way or form if he/she does not agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Use of the platform
Anyone using this platform, agrees that they will not use any device, software or other instrument that will interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this platform.

In addition, you agree that they will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the platform or the information contained herein, without the prior written consent from an authorised company representative. (Such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by internet search platforms to direct internet customers to this platform).

You may not use the platform to distribute material, which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful. You may not display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the platform and/or the information contained therein for the benefit of any other platform without the express prior written consent of an authorised Company representative.

The contents of this platform, including any information, software, icons, text, graphics, lay-outs, images, sound clips, trade names, logos, trademarks and service marks are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright and trademark law and are owned by or licensed to Restangular™ and/or their respective owners. Where needed free stock images from Freepik.com have bene acquired and used to illustrate messages.

This platform may contain links or references to other websites (“Third Party websites “) outside of our control, including those of advertisers. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to those third-party websites and Restangular™ is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of those third-party websites or the cookies that those sites may use. Notwithstanding the fact that this platform may refer to or provide links to third-party websites.

Your use of such third-party websites is entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, expense, claim or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of such third-party websites or your reliance on any information contained thereon.

Limitation of Liability
Restangular™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential injury, loss or damages which might arise from your use of, or reliance upon, any material or content contained in, or inability to use, and/or unlawful activity on, the platform and/or any linked third-party website.  

The customer hereby indemnifies Restangular™ against any loss, claim or damage suffered by himself/herself or any third party arising in any way from their use of this platform and/or any linked third-party website and/or dealing with and transacting with Restangular™, it`s employee`s, agent`s or representative`s in any way or form.

Returns
Returns of a product may occur only within the prescribed time (seven business days) and only if the product has not been removed from it sealed plastic packaging (sealed packaging in which the product is sent).

Restangular™ shall use reasonable methods to dispatch by the date agreed with the customer the product but does not accept liability for failure of delivery within the stated time caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which may include delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise of the delay.

In the case of Restangular™ being unable to deliver the product/s within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, the customer may cancel the order and request back the monies paid to Restangular™, Restangular™ will refund the customer in such an event.

To cancel, the customer must send written notice of cancellation to Restangular™ after the above date but before delivery of the products or notification from Restangular™ that the product/s are ready for delivery. 

Restangular™ does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the customer notifies Restangular™ of the shortage or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

Delivery will have deemed to have taken place when the product/s is delivered to the customer’s nominated address. Then all risks shall pass to the customer.

The product/s does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by Restangular™.

Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging on delivery:
Restangular™ shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery without amendment.
