Thank you for visiting and shopping at Restangular™. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We make use of Pudo standard shipping and upon receiving your order and address details, the nearest Pudo locker to your address will be selected.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an sms/email from Pudo (Courier Guy ) with your locker ID and pin once your order has shipped. 

Damaged goods

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as well as photos at the Pudo locker your parcel was sent. These will help us file a claim with Pudo.

International Shipping

Please contact us directly if you wish to have your Restangular™ shipped internationally. International shipping charges will apply.
